For most users we need to understand exactly what you are trying to do and how you intend to operate
your backup policy, but we have a few standard packages that allow you to see how much you will pay.

DRIVE SPACE AND BANDWIDTH
If you are already an internet user you will know that there are two parts to transferring data over the interent. These are actual hard drive disk storage, similar to any hard drive in any computer, and bandwith which is the amount of data you transfer across you internet link.

In simple terms, if you have a computer and you want to backup 50Mb without any data compression, to a remote server this will take 50MB of bandwith and you will store 50Mb of hard drive space on our servers. When you retrieve the data you will keep the 50Mb of drive space but you will use another 50Mb of bandwidth. So the total will be 50Mb of drive space but 100Mb of bandwidth. Data compression reduces the bandwidth reuired as well as the data storage ie hard disk drive space requirement.

Further reduction in bandwidth and hard drive space is achieved by using our INCREMENTAL BACKUP which uploads only modified or new files defined by the template once the initial upload is done.

Home User - Low Bandwidth
After the initial upload only a small amount of data is regularly backed up. This can be in the case of home users or some small businesses where documents and datasheets are uploaded, say evernight or once a week etc.

Home User - High Bandwidth
After the initial upload, the full amount of data is uploaded or restored regularly or the data cannot be comprewssed very much ie if the files are mainly photogrphs which are already compressed

Professional User - Low Bandwidth
Ideal for the small business user as after the initial setup charge which includeds the required disk space, you only pay for the actual bandwith used.

Professional User - High Bandwidth
As the amount of data grows the cost of bandwidth becomes the major factor. An agreed monthly bandwidth usuage is agreed and can be paid for in a variety of manners

Enterprise User
This is a individually designed solution that can include using in-house servers and customised reporting
